Disclosure-ready sustainability data
ESG 360
Every sustainability figure, traced to its source.
ESG 360 is GTech’s sustainability data solution. It runs sustainability as a governed, finance-grade process, from target to disclosure, so the board can sign the figures and an assurer can test them: data collected from the systems that hold it, emissions calculated on the record, and every reported figure linked to its evidence.
Highlights
- No figure reaches the board without its evidence
- Reporting cycles in weeks, not months
- Carbon and cost managed side by side
Sustainability reporting still runs on spreadsheets.
Each reporting cycle starts with emails to every function, asking for energy, fuel, waste and workforce data in different formats. Figures are keyed in by hand, emission factors live in someone’s workbook, and by the time the report is assembled nobody can say where each number came from.
Boards are asked to sign disclosures they cannot trace, and assurers spend their time chasing evidence. Sustainability data needs the same discipline as financial data, from the source system to the signed report.
From target to disclosure, on one governed record.
-
Targets and governance
Materiality, targets, owners and board oversight, cascaded from Kascade.
-
Automated data collection
Energy, water, fuel, waste, procurement and workforce data pulled from ERP, metering, fleet and HR systems on a schedule. Estimates are labeled, and manual entries need evidence.
-
Calculation engine
Emissions calculated with versioned factors and a full audit trail.
-
Disclosure builder
Reports assembled to the ISSB standards and the Saudi market’s ESG disclosure guidelines, with each figure linked to its source records.
-
Assurance workspace
The assurer samples figures, reviews evidence and raises queries inside the product, on the GRC 360 evidence engine.
-
Action tracking
Each target gap becomes an owned initiative, with its cost and carbon impact side by side.
Figures the board can sign and an assurer can test.
-
Faster cycles
Data arrives from the source systems on a schedule, so reporting cycles take weeks, not months.
-
Evidence first
No figure reaches the board without its evidence, and estimates are labeled as estimates.
-
Fewer findings
Assurers work inside the product, on traced figures, so assurance findings fall.
-
Carbon and cost together
Every target gap is an initiative with its cost and its carbon impact, decided on both.
The system of record for sustainability.
ESG 360 runs the data, the calculations and the disclosures. The sustainability strategy itself is written with our Sustainability & ESG practice, and buying carbon offsets stays outside the product.
The Chief Sustainability Officer or the CFO’s office runs it, data owners in each function feed it, and the board’s sustainability committee oversees it.
Assessed and designed with you, then built, operated and transferred.
-
Assess
Map today’s sustainability data, its source systems and its owners, and the disclosures it has to support.
-
Design
Agree the targets, the data owners, the calculation rules and the evidence standard with finance and sustainability.
-
Operate
Connect the source systems and run the first reporting cycle and assurance on ESG 360.
-
Transfer
Your team shadows ours, co-operates with us, then runs the reporting cycle on its own.
Three editions on one sustainability record.
Each edition carries the disclosures, the data sources and the vocabulary of the organizations it serves.
-
Enterprise and listed companies
For groups and listed companies preparing disclosures for investors and the market.
-
Government
For ministries, authorities and agencies reporting on national sustainability commitments.
-
Energy and industrial
For operators with heavy metering, fleet and process data, and the emissions that come with them.
Trace every sustainability figure to its source.
A working session reviews how sustainability data is collected and reported in your organization today, and shows how ESG 360 would run it.
