Careers

Do work that carries weight.

At GTech, strategists, technologists, data specialists and change leaders work as one team, in the room with the executives who own the outcome. Responsibility arrives early, and the people around you will raise your standard.

01Why GTech

Experience that compounds.

  1. Senior rooms, early

Senior practitioners sit on every engagement, close to the client and close to the work. You work beside them from your first program, put your own analysis in front of the executives who sponsor it and learn to defend it under scrutiny.

  2. Range across the enterprise

We run strategy, technology, data and people as one practice, and most programs draw on all four. You will follow a single operating model decision into architecture, platforms and the daily habits of the people who use them. That is how judgment forms.

  3. Programs of national consequence

More than 300 key projects stand behind the firm, for clients across government, healthcare, financial services, logistics and telecommunications. The work touches services that citizens and businesses rely on every day, and it is measured against the ambition of Vision 2030.

  4. Certification as a habit

Across the practice our people hold more than 400 professional certifications, and earning the next one is part of the job. You deepen your command of the methods and platforms clients depend on, alongside colleagues who have already solved the problem in front of you.

02Who we look for

People who think clearly and finish what they start.

  • Structured thinkers

You break an ambiguous problem into parts, find the facts that matter and reach a view you can defend. You say plainly what the evidence supports and what it does not.

  • Builders as well as advisers

You care whether a recommendation survives contact with delivery. Strategists who respect operational constraints and engineers who understand the business case both do well here.

  • Precise communicators

You write and speak with economy, in Arabic, English or both, for audiences that run from the board to the delivery team. You can make a difficult trade-off clear enough to decide.

  • Measured by what you leave behind

You judge your work by what the client can do after you leave. We look for people who take pride in leaving teams stronger and more independent than they found them.

03How we hire

Four steps from application to offer.

  1. Apply

Complete the form below and attach your CV. A short note on the work that interests you helps us route your application to the right practice.

  2. Conversations

If your background fits a current or upcoming need, we invite you to meet consultants and leaders from that practice. Expect a two-way discussion of what you have done, the work we do and what you want next.

  3. Case or technical interview

Consulting candidates work through a business case with an interviewer. Engineering and data candidates solve realistic problems in a technical interview. Either way, we assess the quality of your reasoning and the clarity with which you explain it.

  4. Offer

When we make an offer, we walk you through the role, the team and what your first months are likely to involve, so you can decide with full information.

04Apply

Make your case.

Tell us what you have done, where your expertise runs deepest and the work you want to do next. We review applications against current and upcoming needs and will contact you when there is a fit.
