From the engine room to the boardroom.
GTech began on the delivery side of technology. Our teams have designed, integrated and run the systems that government entities, hospitals, banks, telecom operators and logistics companies rely on every day. Trust of that kind is earned slowly, one live system at a time.
Delivery teaches what a strategy document cannot: which plans survive contact with a live system, a fixed budget and a workforce already at full stretch. We built our consulting practice on those lessons, adding strategy, architecture, data, AI and change expertise to an engineering core.
Today GTech is a strategy, technology and transformation consultancy with two regional offices, one of them its Riyadh headquarters, and a bench of more than 150 consultants and engineers. Our work is anchored in the Kingdom’s priorities under Vision 2030 and informed by delivery across more than 80 countries. We do our best work where the decision is consequential and the execution is hard.
