Culture and literacy platform

Culture Pulse

From what people know to what they do every day.

Culture Pulse is GTech’s literacy and culture platform. It builds the habits that make AI, data, cybersecurity, GRC and customer experience programs pay back, through short scenarios from each person’s own work, and it measures what people do as well as what they know.

Highlights

  • Modules for AI, data, cybersecurity, GRC and customer experience culture
  • Scenarios of two to three minutes, inside the working day
  • Measures what people know and what they do, side by side

01Why it matters

Platforms pay back only when people adopt them.

Investment in data, AI and cybersecurity returns its value through the people who create and use information every day: the registration clerk, the nurse, the claims officer, the engineer. One wrong entry at a front desk can travel all the way to a rejected claim, and dashboards nobody trusts go unused.

Literacy programs often fade within two quarters. They compete with the working day, test recall instead of behavior and lose their owner after launch. Culture Pulse is designed against each of those reasons. It goes beyond a learning management system: it builds the habits that make up a culture, and it measures them.

02Modules

One platform, a module for each culture.

Each module is written for the sector it serves and the roles inside it, in Arabic and English.

  • AI culture

Using AI with judgment: what to ask of it, what to check, what never to share and when a person must decide.

  • Data culture

Data Pulse: get it right, trust it, protect it, use it to decide and speak up when something is wrong.

  • Cybersecurity culture

The daily habits that keep an institution safe, from a suspicious message to a shared device at a busy counter.

  • GRC culture

Policies, controls and risk ownership understood as part of the job, so compliance is how the work gets done.

  • Customer experience culture

Every role’s part in the customer or beneficiary experience, from the first contact to the closed complaint.

03The climb

Four levels, from awareness to championing.

Each person starts with a placement check and climbs at their own pace. Results are private: people see their own level and their next step, and nobody is ranked.

  1. Aware

I know that what I do with information matters.

  2. Capable

I handle and protect it correctly in my job.

  3. Confident

I read a number, question it and act on it.

  4. Champion

I help my unit do all three.

04Who it serves

Three tiers in one program.

  • Awareness

Everyone, in every role, starting with a fifteen-minute foundation.

  • Enablement

Owners, stewards, champions, analysts and IT, with deeper paths for the work they do.

  • Professional

The specialist office and its experts, who run the discipline day to day.

05The experience

Minutes, not days, in moments from each person’s own work.

  1. Placement check

Five minutes to find the right path. Never pass or fail.

  2. Foundation

Fifteen minutes on why it matters and what is theirs to do.

  3. My path

Two to three minutes at a time, inside the working day, built on moments from their own job.

  4. Champion

By nomination: the voice of the module in each unit.

06A sample story

When I register a patient.

From Data Pulse, the data culture module, in its healthcare edition.

  1. A returning patient, a busy desk and a name that almost matches.

  2. Create a new record, or search again with the ID and mobile number?

  3. A duplicate splits the history. The physician sees half the picture, and the claim may bounce.

  4. Search before you create. Thirty seconds now saves hours later.

07For leadership

What people know and what they do, read side by side.

  • Literacy Pulse

What people know: the share of staff at or above the level their role needs.

  • Practice Pulse

What people do: daily habits read from your own systems, such as completeness, duplicates and issues raised and closed.

If knowledge rises and practice does not, the content or the systems need fixing. Leaders see the baseline, today and the target by site, department and stream, and individuals see only their own result.

08Behavior, not attendance

Four mechanisms keep the pulse going after launch.

  • Campaigns and seasons

A launch and four seasons a year, each with one message, one action and one number.

  • Unit scoreboards

Each unit sees its own numbers against its peers, with stories that explain them.

  • A speak-up path that answers

Every issue is acknowledged within two working days, and leadership commits to the top fixes each quarter.

  • Accountability, never blocking

A required path for each role and team-level visibility for heads of department. Access a role needs is never blocked.

09The difference

Beyond a learning management system.

Beyond a learning management system.
A learning system with generic coursesCulture Pulse
Starts from A course catalog The moments in each person’s own job
Built for Any industry Your sector: its roles, shifts and workload
Measures Completions and quiz scores What people know and what they do, side by side
When staff spot a problem Nothing happens A speak-up path with a service level and committed fixes
Leadership sees Attendance The gap from baseline to target, and how fast it is closing
After launch Interest fades Seasons, campaigns, champions and a yearly renewal

10Working together

GTech runs it with your team through the first year.

Your chief executive sponsors the program and signs the mandate, your specialist office owns it, and GTech runs it with them through the first year. HR stays aligned throughout, and IT is asked only for sign-on and hosting.

Your data stays in your environment: the platform runs on your own data warehouse or data lake. From your side, the program needs a lead, named content reviewers and about one champion per unit.

11Editions

An enterprise edition, and editions in your sector’s language.

Every module is written for the roles, moments and terms of the sector it serves, in Arabic and English.

  • Enterprise

Modules for any institution, shaped to its roles, systems and policies.

  • Healthcare

Written for physicians, nurses, pharmacists and the registration and revenue cycle teams. In Data Pulse for healthcare, every entry is care.

  • Financial services and banking

Written for the roles, controls and customer moments of banks and financial institutions.

Arabic and English

Start with a baseline. See your organization’s pulse.

Fifteen minutes per person gives you the as-is picture by site, department and stream, and targets set on evidence.
