Government & Public Sector

In government, the beneficiary is the final judge.

The Kingdom has moved much of everyday government online. The next stage asks more: services organized around life events, spending tied to outcomes, and institutions that keep improving after the program office closes.

01Context

From digital channels to government that works as one.

Vision 2030 set government a demanding brief: deliver more for citizens, residents, visitors and businesses while spending with greater discipline. The visible layer is largely in place. National platforms handle identity, permits and routine transactions online, and the Digital Government Authority sets standards across entities. Performance and beneficiary satisfaction are measured nationally, which has made service quality a leadership concern.

The harder work sits behind the screen. Services that span several entities still depend on data that is not shared, processes designed for paper and operating models organized around departments. Initiatives launched under the Vision Realization Programs are now expected to show realized value, while many entities are being merged or restructured. Leaders need institutions that absorb change as routine work, with the data, governance and people to sustain it.

02Priorities

The government agenda after digitization.

  • One request, however many entities

Organizing services around moments such as registering a property, enrolling a child in school or retiring, so the beneficiary completes one task, whichever entities sit behind it.

  • Spending that proves its value

Linking budgets to outcomes and holding capital programs to a clear test of value for money as expectations of spending efficiency tighten across government.

  • Data shared with confidence

Governing data to national data management and personal data protection standards so it can move safely between entities and inform policy, planning and service design.

  • Change that outlasts the program

Establishing transformation offices, operating models and leadership capability that survive restructuring and keep delivering after any single program ends.

03Our approach

How we help government deliver, and prove it.

  1. Strategy and transformation offices

We cascade national objectives into entity strategies, then design and run the transformation office that governs delivery, tracks benefits and reports realized value to leadership.

  2. Beneficiary experience and service design

We measure how services are experienced today, redesign them end to end across entities and channels, and set the standards that keep quality consistent as volumes grow.

  3. Architecture and digital platforms

We build the architecture practice and blueprints that connect strategy to systems, then guide the platform, integration and cloud decisions that follow, with sovereignty and security in view.

  4. Spending efficiency

We establish cost transparency, review capital and operating portfolios, and restructure procurement and vendor arrangements, releasing funds for the services beneficiaries rely on most.
