Relationships, pursuits and partnerships

Relations 360

Every relationship, pursuit and commitment, governed.

Relations 360 is GTech’s relationships and pursuits solution. It manages the relationships an organization’s success depends on, its clients, partners and stakeholders, from first contact through pursuit and award to delivery. GTech runs its own business development on it.

Highlights

  • Accounts, stakeholders and pursuits in one governed record
  • Won work handed over to TMO 360 automatically
  • Every commitment made to a partner, with an owner and a date

01The challenge

Relationships live in inboxes; commitments live in memory.

Account knowledge sits with the people who hold the relationship. Pursuits are tracked in spreadsheets, bid decisions are made in corridors, and tender dates are found in someone’s calendar. When a bid is won, delivery starts again from a blank page.

Partnerships face the same gap: memoranda are signed with ceremony, and the commitments in them are rarely followed. Relationships deserve the same governance as any other asset an organization depends on.

02What it does

From first contact to delivery, on one record.

  • Accounts and stakeholders

Every account with its stakeholder map, so the team knows who matters and where each one stands.

  • Opportunity pipeline

Every opportunity by stage, with bid or no-bid decisions taken on the record rather than in the corridor.

  • Pursuits and tenders

Pursuit plans, proposals and tender milestones, with pricing approvals and the path to award and contract signature.

  • Partnerships and agreements

Partners, memoranda of understanding and joint programs, with every commitment to each party owned and dated.

  • Relationship health

Health read from engagement, from delivery status in TMO 360 and from satisfaction in Experience 360.

  • AI briefs and reminders

AI-drafted meeting notes and account briefs, reminders for follow-ups, renewals and tender dates, and win-loss lessons captured.

03Why it pays

Relationships that win, and commitments that are kept.

  • Pursuits decided on evidence

Bid or no-bid, pricing and pursuit plans are approved on the record, so effort goes to the bids worth winning.

  • Won work starts at speed

An award hands over to TMO 360 automatically, so delivery begins where the pursuit ended.

  • Commitments kept

Every promise to a client or partner has an owner and a date, and the command desk follows it through.

  • Connected across the portfolio

Formal letters run through Registry 360, delivery and invoicing through TMO 360, and Relations 360 works alongside Microsoft Dynamics where a client already has it.

04What it measures

Measured in relationships that grow.

  • Win rate
  • Pipeline coverage
  • Award-to-start time
  • Commitments met on time
  • Account health

05How it starts

Assessed and designed with you, then built, operated and transferred.

  1. Assess

Map today’s accounts, pursuits, partnerships and commitments, and where opportunities and promises slip.

  2. Design

Agree the pipeline stages, the bid decision rights and the commitment rules with the business development or partnerships office.

  3. Operate

Run the priority accounts and pursuits on Relations 360, with the first awards handed over to TMO 360.

  4. Transfer

Your team shadows ours, co-operates with us, then leads the relationships office on its own.

06Command desk

Run the office from its command desk.

Every GTech product comes with a command desk, the same across the portfolio, so a team that knows one desk can run any office. Here it serves the business development or partnerships office: requests come in, the head assigns, the team delivers, and the desk measures it all.

  • Requests

Other departments raise requests through a short form, each with a category, priority and target time, from new to closed.

  • Tasks

The head assigns, the team works from its own lists, and reminders and escalation run automatically.

  • Committees and meetings

Agendas built from open items, AI-drafted minutes, and decisions that become tasks in one step.

  • One tracker and a weekly brief

Requests, tasks, actions and decisions in one list ranked by urgency, a weekly brief for the head, and office measures that reach the command center.

07Editions

Two editions on one relationship record.

Each edition carries the relationships and the vocabulary of the organizations it serves.

  • Pursuit

For organizations selling to government and large enterprises: accounts, pipeline, bid decisions, proposals, pricing and award.

  • Stakeholder and partnership

For government entities: stakeholders and partners, memoranda and agreements, joint programs and the commitments made to each party.
