A platform pays off only when it is implemented well.

We implement the platform you chose on the partner’s reference architecture and our own standards. The engineers who design it also build it, migrate your data, run the cutover and train the people who will own it.

01Why it matters

Implementations fail in the gaps between design and go-live.

Choosing the platform is the easy part. Requirements shift once configuration starts. An interface nobody listed turns up halfway through the build. The legacy data is messier than the samples suggested, and testing is the first thing cut when the date holds. Most of these problems share a cause: the reference architecture meets your real estate for the first time during the build, when every change costs the most.

We close those gaps with one method and one accountable team. A design decision is taken once and written down, delivery runs on one plan, and nothing reaches production without passing a quality gate. When we hand the platform over, it is complete, secure and has a named owner.

02What we deliver

What implementation covers, end to end.

  1. Mobilization from the design

We start from the signed-off design and the business case. In the first weeks we stand up the environments, confirm the build plan with your architects and keep every design decision in Architecture 360, where the design authority approves any change.

  2. Build and configuration

Certified engineers configure the platform as close to its standard as your processes allow. Anything custom needs a business owner and a reason. Environments are defined as code, so test behaves like production.

  3. Integration and data migration

We map every interface the platform touches and build the difficult ones first. Data goes through trial migrations, and your data owners sign off reconciled figures before cutover, not after it.

  4. Testing and cutover

Functional, integration, performance and security testing against acceptance criteria your business owners wrote. The cutover is rehearsed and timed, and it ends in a go or no-go call by your leadership, with a fallback ready.

  5. Enablement and handover

Administrators train on their own configuration and users on their own transactions. At go-live your team holds the run books and the design records, and the engineers who built the platform stay on for hypercare.

03How it works

One method, governed from the first sprint.

  • Assess

We agree scope, risks and the value the work must return with the business owner, before anyone opens a configuration screen.

  • Mobilize

The build starts from the signed-off design and build plan. Any change to a design decision goes back to the design authority in Architecture 360.

  • Build

We deliver in increments planned and tracked in TMO 360. Each release passes a quality gate before it moves on.

  • Transfer

Your team shadows ours, then works alongside us, then leads. Knowledge transfer is planned from the first sprint rather than squeezed into the last.

04Outcomes

What changes when the platform is implemented well.

  • Live as designed

The platform goes live with the scope, security and integrations that were agreed, not a reduced version of them.

  • Data people trust

Migrated data is reconciled and owned, so users have no reason to keep their own spreadsheets on the side.

  • Decisions on record

Every design choice and exception has a record, so the next change starts from fact instead of memory.

  • A team ready to lead

Your administrators run and change the platform without calling us for routine work.
