Technology Services
We run the platforms. You hold us to the numbers.
Our managed services take day-to-day responsibility for the platforms we implement: enterprise applications, critical databases and the digital products built on them. We run them against service levels, improve them every quarter and plan from the start for your own team to take over.
Running a platform well is steady, unglamorous work.
Once a platform is live, someone has to watch it, tune it, patch it, test its backups and keep a list of improvements moving. In-house teams usually look after many systems at once, and the quieter ones get attention only when something breaks. Over a couple of years, performance drifts and the platform delivers less than the business case promised.
A managed service puts that work with a team that is accountable for it, inside a defined scope and service levels you can check. You pay for an outcome you can see in the reports. And because we plan the transfer from the first month, the arrangement leaves your organization stronger rather than more dependent.
What our managed services cover.
-
Application managed services
ERP, CRM and other enterprise applications after launch: user support, configuration changes, integrations and releases. Each quarter we agree an improvement backlog with your process owners and report against it.
-
Managed database services
Your critical databases kept healthy: patching, index and query tuning, capacity planning, and recovery drills on a fixed schedule, with the results written up so you know the backups actually restore.
-
Digital product operations
Small standing squads that own a digital product after launch, fix what users report, measure how it is used and ship improvements every sprint.
-
Monitoring and tuning
Platforms watched end to end, with alerts routed to the people who can act. We tune performance and cost as part of the monthly routine, not in a clean-up once a year.
-
Cloud managed services
Where the estate runs in the cloud, our cloud managed services (CMS) cover AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Alibaba Cloud and Nutanix.
Build, operate, transfer, with service levels throughout.
-
Assess and scope
We review the estate, how it is run today and where the risks sit, then agree the scope, service levels and reports with you.
-
Transition
Run books, access, monitoring and knowledge move to our team over a planned period, with the current team still on hand, so service never drops.
-
Operate and improve
We run the platforms, meet you monthly on performance and incidents, and deliver the improvement backlog agreed each quarter.
-
Transfer
Your team shadows ours, then works alongside us, then leads. We agree the milestones for each step at the start.
What leadership gets from a managed service.
-
One team answering for it
When something goes wrong, there is no debate about whose job it is.
-
Performance you can check
Service levels are reported every month against the targets in the contract.
-
Steady improvement
A quarterly backlog keeps the platform getting better, not just staying up.
-
Your people, ready to lead
The skills to run the platform move to your team as the service runs.
