Human capital, from first interview to alumni
People 360
One record for every person, from first interview to alumni.
People 360 is GTech’s human capital platform. It follows each person on one record, from the requisition that brings them in to the alumni network they join when they leave, and it carries the Saudi labour, payroll and data protection rules from the first day. People ask for what they need in one place, each request finds its own approver, and leadership sees the workforce as it is today. We run our own firm on it.

Highlights
- One Person ID from the first interview to the alumni network
- Saudi labour, payroll and statutory rules built in
- Workforce insight for ECC 360, alumni signals for Relations 360
People work is scattered across forms, inboxes and spreadsheets.
A leave request sits in one inbox, an Iqama renewal in another, the offer letter in a shared drive and the payroll file in a spreadsheet only one person fully understands. Every handover between recruiting, HR operations, finance and the line loses a little of the story, and it is the employee who ends up chasing it.
Leadership asks plain questions and waits days for the answers: how many people we have, where they are deployed, what we owe in end-of-service, who is ready to step up. Human capital earns its seat at the table when a person’s whole working life sits on one record and the answers are already there.
Ten stages, one person, one record.
Every stage writes to the same record, on an organization model of positions and a headcount plan that traces every seat to a person.
-
Hunt
Requisitions approved against the headcount plan, sourcing and referrals, interviews with scorecards, and offers. For a consulting firm, a hire can wait on the bid it depends on.
-
Onboard
Pre-boarding, the contract, Qiwa and GOSI registration and everything a joiner needs on the first day, followed by check-ins and a probation decision taken on time.
-
Records and self-service
The employee file, documents, dependents, leave, letters and requests in one place. Life events such as a marriage or a new baby raise everything that follows from them, so nobody has to remember the paperwork.
-
Deploy
Demand matched to skills and availability, with the project manager’s acceptance, the line’s consent, the bench and utilization in view. It extends the people and time of TMO 360.
-
Perform
Objectives from Kascade, evaluations from every assignment, check-ins and calibration, on the Performance 360 cycle.
-
Grow
Validated skills, certifications, learning, career paths and succession, and a CV bank that assembles the right profiles for a bid.
-
Reward
Payroll, GOSI contributions and the wage protection file, expenses and advances, increments and end-of-service liabilities, all from the same record.
-
Farewell
Every kind of exit handled with care: notice, handover, clearance, the end-of-service settlement, an exit interview and a rehire decision.
-
Alumni
People who leave stay part of the network, with their consent: letters and verification, referrals, boomerang hires and, when an alumnus now works at a client, a signal shared with Relations 360.
-
Insights
Headcount, Saudization, attrition, hiring, utilization and liabilities, read from the record of every event and fed to ECC 360.

The rules are part of the product.
People 360 handles people’s lives and their data. Five rules run through every stage.
-
One person, one ID, for life
A candidate who joins, moves to another department, leaves and later returns keeps one record, so history is never keyed in twice and nothing is lost between teams.
-
Every request finds its approver
Line manager, project manager, finance or Managing Director: the route follows the request and the person, with delegation and escalation when someone is away.
-
Saudi rules, not workarounds
The working week, official holidays, pay day, allowances and GOSI are built in, and every statutory obligation sits on a calendar linked to the data behind it.
-
Privacy by design
Each person can see who opened their record and why, and ask for a copy or a correction. Counselling bookings stay confidential: human capital sees a count, never a name.
-
Arabic and English
The whole platform works in Arabic, right to left, and in English, with single sign-on.

Beyond forms, inboxes and spreadsheets.
| Forms, inboxes and spreadsheets | People 360 | |
|---|---|---|
| Requests | An e-mail, a form and a follow-up call | One place to ask, routed to the right approver and tracked to the end |
| The record | Copies in recruiting, HR, payroll and the shared drive | One Person ID from candidate to alumnus |
| Compliance | Expiries and registrations kept in someone’s calendar | Statutory checks for every person, with gaps and renewals flagged ahead of time |
| Pay | A payroll spreadsheet and a separate file for the bank | Payroll, GOSI and the wage protection file from one record |
| Leaving | A clearance form passed from desk to desk | Notice, handover, clearance and settlement in one guided flow |
| Reporting | Assembled by hand when leadership asks | Live workforce insight, fed to ECC 360 |
We run our own firm on it.
Before offering People 360 to anyone else, we put our own people on it. GTech’s consultants and engineers request leave, renew their documents, record their skills and are paid through People 360, and our human capital team runs the firm from its command desk. The history we used to keep in spreadsheets now lives there.
That is why it understands a consulting firm so well: people deployed across projects, CVs that go into bids, certifications that win work. Every rule on this page is one we live by ourselves.
Human capital that leadership can use.
-
Fewer chases
People ask once and can see where their request stands, so human capital spends its time on people rather than on follow-ups.
-
Compliance kept ahead
Registrations, renewals and statutory files are tracked for every person before they turn into a penalty or a stalled visa.
-
Liabilities in view
Payroll, end-of-service and leave liabilities are visible for each department and for the whole organization.
-
Connected to the command center
Workforce insight flows into ECC 360 beside the organization’s other measures, and alumni signals reach Relations 360.
Designed for your human capital team to own.
GTech reviews how your people processes run today, sets up the organization model, the Saudi rules and the approval routes with your human capital team, brings over the history from your current files, and runs People 360 alongside you through the first payroll cycles.
Your team shadows ours, then runs the platform from its own command desk, with us beside it for as long as you want us there.
Run the office from its command desk.
Every GTech product comes with a command desk, the same across the portfolio, so a team that knows one desk can run any office. Here it serves the human capital office: requests come in, the head assigns, the team delivers, and the desk measures it all.
-
Requests
Other departments raise requests through a short form, each with a category, priority and target time, from new to closed.
-
Tasks
The head assigns, the team works from its own lists, and reminders and escalation run automatically.
-
Committees and meetings
Agendas built from open items, AI-drafted minutes, and decisions that become tasks in one step.
-
One tracker and a weekly brief
Requests, tasks, actions and decisions in one list ranked by urgency, a weekly brief for the head, and office measures that reach the command center.
Two editions on one record.
Both carry the Saudi labour law, Qiwa contracts, GOSI, the wage protection file through Mudad, Iqama renewals and Saudization.
-
Private sector
For companies and groups that employ under the Saudi labour law, from the first hire to the end-of-service settlement.
-
Professional services
For consulting and services firms, with deployment to projects, utilization, the bench, a CV bank for bids and hiring that can wait on the bid it depends on.
